As with many organisations we have experienced a very substantial reduction in demand as the crisis has escalated over the last few weeks.
Consequently we will be operating with a substantially reduced team until demand picks up, so please bear with us if we are a little slower at responding and producing than usual. If you have a large order in the offing then please give us as much prior notice as possible to aid our planning.
Currently the Government is allowing us to continue to manufacture but if the ‘lockdown’ becomes tighter this situation may of course change and we will inform you accordingly.
For everyone’s safety we are seeking to minimise face to face contact during this period so please use the phone and the internet for all communication.

If you do need to send or pick up anything from the factory or require a face to face meeting this will need to be by prior arrangement and we will rigorously apply the social distancing protocols to protect you and our staff.
This is a tremendously difficult time for everyone and we will do our best to support you through it; we remain deeply grateful for your business.
I’m sure we all look forward to the point where things become more ‘normal’ again and we can again serve you in the traditional way, but recognise that this is going to be sometime.
