Exit the M40 at junction 1 and follow the A40 towards Gerrards Cross. Take the second turning right off the A40 at the filter lights proceeding towards Amersham and the Chalfonts along the A413 Follow the dual carriageway as far as the roundabout - take the first exit left to Gerrards Cross Turn immediately right into Lower Road. After some 500 yds, turn right into Chiltern Hill (just past Wilcox, the Daimler agents) Just before the bridge bear right into the estate.
